In the Backstage – Creative Pathway for NEET Youth in Tirana

In the Backstage empowers NEET youth (not in education, employment, or training) in Tirana by equipping them with creative skills and practical experience in the fast-growing cultural and media industries. Through tailored outreach, hands-on trainings, and mentorship from industry professionals, participants explore audiovisual production, photography, storytelling, and design — developing real projects that support their employability and personal growth. By opening access to networks, collaboration opportunities, and professional environments, the initiative helps young people build confidence, unlock career pathways, and take an active role in shaping their future.
