ART-IN Vertical – Regional Edition empowers young artists from Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia to use contemporary art as a tool for environmental awareness, civic engagement, and regional dialogue. Through interdisciplinary trainings, creative labs, and cross-border collaboration, participants work at the intersection of art, science, and technology, transforming environmental knowledge into impactful visual narratives and artistic projects. By fostering regional exchange, professional mentoring, and public showcases, the initiative strengthens young creatives’ capacities while building a sustainable network of artists committed to social and environmental change in the Western Balkans.
