Stand Up for Truth

Stand Up for Truth combines satire, storytelling, and fact-checking to strengthen media literacy and critical thinking among young people in Albania. By transforming verified information into stand-up comedy and short humorous videos, the project uses creativity as a tool to debunk misinformation and spark open dialogue on issues such as public health, gender equality, democracy, and the environment. Through training, mentorship, and public performances, young participants take the stage to expose false narratives — proving that the truth can be both powerful and entertaining.
