Training and Module Development Programme
We are launching four open calls for experts to support the implementation of a training programme aimed at empowering 60 young people in NEET situations from the Municipality of Tirana. The programme combines soft skills development and multimedia training, with a clear separation between module design and training delivery roles.
Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) are available for each position.
Open Opportunities
- Soft Skills Module Design and Development Expert: This assignment focuses on the design and development of a soft skills training module tailored to the needs of young people in NEET situations. The expert will be responsible for developing the module structure, learning objectives, methodologies, and training materials.
Duration: up to 10 working days. - Soft Skills Training Delivery Expert: The expert will be responsible for delivering soft skills training sessions based on an approved curriculum, using non-formal and participatory methodologies appropriate for young NEETs.
Duration: up to 40 working days. - Multimedia Module Design and Development Expert: This assignment involves the design and development of a multimedia training curriculum and learning materials, to be implemented by trainers under a separate assignment.
Duration: as specified in the Terms of Reference. - Multimedia Training Delivery Expert: The expert will deliver practical and interactive multimedia training sessions aimed at strengthening creative and technical competencies among young NEETs.
Duration: up to 48 working days.
General Information
All assignments will be implemented in Tirana and target 60 young people in NEET situations.
Applicants are invited to consult the relevant Terms of Reference for detailed information on objectives, scope of work, deliverables, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
