Empowering NEET Youth Through Soft Skills

In the Backstage

FusionACT Centre is currently delivering a series of workshops as part of the In the Backstage – Creative Pathway for NEET Youth in Tirana project, designed to equip young people aged 15 – 29 with essential personal and professional skills.

The first module, “Empowerments & Soft Skills”, focuses on developing key competencies to 60 young participants such as communication, self-confidence, teamwork, and self-awareness. Through interactive and participatory approaches, young people engage in practical exercises and group discussions that foster active participation, self-expression, and personal development. These sessions will provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment where young people can build trust, reflect on their strengths, and develop greater confidence in their abilities.

The project ‘In the Backstage: Empowering NEET Youth Through Creative Skills’ is implemented by the FusionACT Centre within the #EU4YouthProgramme, funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and UNICEF in Albania.
