In the Backstage: Empowering NEET Youth Through Creative Skills

FusionACT Centre has officially launched In the Backstage – Creative Pathway for NEET Youth in Tirana, a new initiative designed to support young people who are not in education, employment, or training by equipping them with practical skills for future careers in the creative industries.

Through targeted outreach, inspiring training experiences, and tailored mentorship, the project will provide NEET youth with opportunities to discover their potential and strengthen their confidence. Participants will explore key areas such as audiovisual production, photography, storytelling, and design — learning how creativity can become a pathway toward employment and personal development.

The program includes interactive learning sessions, coaching from industry professionals, and a hands-on approach that enables young participants to develop real products and collaborate with creative companies in Tirana. By opening doors to new networks and professional opportunities, In the Backstage encourages youth to take control of their future and become active contributors to their communities.

FusionACT Centre is proud to continue its mission of empowering youth through innovative learning models and expanding access to the growing creative economy in Albania. More details on the selection of participants, training schedule, and upcoming activities will be shared soon.

The “In the Backstage – Creative Pathway for NEET Youth in Tirana” project is supported by UNDP under the EU4Youth Programme, financed by the European Union.
